These pants feature realistic distressing and meticulous repair work, designed to look like a pair worn faithfully for years. ■ Fabric: 8.5oz TC Twill

Crafted from heavy-duty 8.5oz TC twill. This fabric is known for its crisp, sturdy feel, as well as its wrinkle-resistant and stain-repellent properties.

■ Process: Hard Stone Bio-Wash / Custom Remake

TC twill is notoriously difficult to distress realistically due to its inherent toughness. To achieve this authentic vintage patina, the fabric underwent a rigorous five-stage finishing process. The knees feature distinct fabric patches, replicating a "repair-and-reinforce" look as if the original garment had been torn through years of wear and carefully mended.
