Details

After completing your application, we will coordinate a schedule with our representative. Please prepare your ANACHRONORM denim pants, and we will hold a remote (video call) meeting to discuss your custom remake.

This service allows you to create your very own custom remake denim.

The image is a sample (example) created for this purpose.

How to apply for CUSTOM MADE SERVICE

1. Applications are accepted via the official ANACHRONORM LINE account.

Search by ID → Enter @769cwsnd or scan the QR code below to add us as a friend. After adding us, please contact us with your full name and clearly stating "CUSTOM MADE SERVICE application".

Our representative will contact you regarding the acceptance or rejection of your application.

If you do not use LINE, please contact us at info@anachronorm.live.

2. After your application is complete, we will send you a questionnaire regarding the CUSTOM MADE SERVICE. Please answer the questionnaire and reply to us.

After you respond, our representative will contact you.

3. Ship your desired denim pants to us.

For shipping to the above address, we kindly request that you pay for shipping in advance (prepaid).

If you have any desired processing or items you would like replicated,

please enclose them.

・4. We will hold a remote call (Zoom) with our company president, Tanushi, and the remake craftsman to discuss the custom design.

・

・The schedule will be arranged by our representative and will last approximately one hour.

・

Based on your requests during the meeting, we will create a chart and send it to you as image data to serve as proof of acceptance.

*Please register for the Zoom app in advance.

*Please choose a location with a good internet connection for the meeting.

5. Regarding the payment for the application fee, we will provide a quote after the Zoom meeting.

Once confirmed, our representative will contact you via LINE.

After confirming your agreement, we will send you a dedicated secret URL for payment. Please complete the payment there.

*Please note that payment will only be accepted via credit card.

6. Production starts.

Please wait approximately 6 months for production.

*Please understand that the delivery time may vary depending on the craftsman's and factory's schedule.

In such cases, our representative will provide you with updates on the progress.

■This service is only available for ANACHRONORM brand denim pants. Jackets and outerwear are not accepted.

■This application is for an online-only service, so it cannot be accepted at balance okayama or balance tokyo physical stores.

■Only one pair of pants per person can be entered.

■Please note that multiple entries are not allowed.

■For items that have been worn, please wash them once before shipping.

*The above amounts represent the minimum to maximum entry fees, and the price will vary depending on the desired design.

As a guideline, a remake of the above sample level from a rigid state would be @¥110,000 (tax included).

A hard damage remake of the below sample level from a rigid state would be @¥220,000

(tax included).

■Essentially, this service focuses on design remakes rather than repairs.

■Upon completion, your item will be packed in an original box and shipped.

The return shipping fee for the completed item is included in the service fee.

Application Period: March 8 (Wed) - April 8 (Sat)

Number of slots: 3 pairs (first-come, first-served)

Return period: Approximately 6 months.

Delivery Process

1. The remake period will be approximately 6 months, taking into account the craftsman's schedule.

2. We will notify you again via LINE regarding the completion and delivery dates.

3. We will cover the shipping costs for the completed item.
